Shipping & returns
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address. Oversized items and remote-area deliveries may incur an additional charge — we'll confirm by email before dispatch.
Shipping Times & Pickup

- Standard delivery usually takes 2–8 business days.
- Express delivery usually takes 1–4 business days.
In-store Pickup
- Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:00 pm (excluding public holidays)
- Pickup Location: 19 Berry St, Clyde, NSW, 2142, Australia
Orders placed before 5 PM are generally prepared and ready for collection the next day (excluding holidays). Once you receive the pickup confirmation email, you can collect your order from our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds
For products you are not satisfied with, we offer a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
