Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide with trusted couriers. Below are our shipping times, costs, and pickup options.
1. Handling Time
Please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Costs
We currently ship within Australia only and we offer two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel weight and the selected delivery option.
Standard Shipping

Express weight limit: Express Shipping is available for parcels weighing up to 19.99 kg only. Orders weighing 20 kg or more are shipped via Standard Shipping at the rates listed in the Standard Shipping table above.
Note: Oversized or bulky items (such as large furniture pieces) may incur additional delivery charges. Customers will be contacted with a quote before the order is shipped.
3. Shipping Times
- Standard shipping: 2 – 8 business days depending on your parcel destination.
- Express shipping: 1 – 4 business days depending on your parcel destination.
We partner with trusted couriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, PFL Logistics, and CouriersPlease.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or high-volume seasons.
4. In-store Pickup
After receiving your order confirmation email, please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process your order. You will receive another notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup Location: 19 Berry St, Clyde, NSW, 2142, Australia
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 5:00 pm (excluding public holidays)
5. Deposit & Free Storage (Wholesale)
This applies to wholesale and custom orders only:
- All custom products require a 50% deposit.
- In-stock products do not accept credit terms. They must be shipped upon order placement or reserved upon order placement.
- Our warehouse offers free storage for 90 days, and shipments can be arranged within this period based on the buyer's requested timeline.
